The official Ultra help page describes monthly high-speed data followed by unlimited data at up to 1 Mbps. That means “Unlimited” should not be read as an uninterrupted full-speed promise. The tier and current destination offer still need to be checked, and hotspot suitability is not inferred from the headline label.
Saily describes its ad blocker and web protection as DNS-based tools; they are useful layers, not a promise to stop every threat or every same-domain advertisement.
