Saily Phone Number review: calls, SMS, OTP and limits
This canonical review separates Saily's current official Phone Number documentation from one narrowly scoped NexKit observation. It does not turn a US number into a promise of permanent retention, universal OTP support or guaranteed service in every location.

Useful for calls, plain SMS and selected verification flows — with real limits
Saily officially describes an optional US-based Phone Number add-on with voice calls and SMS, but KYC is required and MMS, premium-rate numbers and call forwarding are not supported. OTP compatibility is service-specific. NexKit has successfully used Saily Phone Number in mainland China once; that observation is not a universal availability claim.
Saily describes Phone Number as an optional add-on alongside its data eSIM. The official description says it supplies a real US-based wireless number for voice calls and SMS. That is a product description, not evidence that every destination, device, account or receiving service will behave the same way.

Calls, minutes and service compatibility
Saily’s current help says incoming and outgoing calls share the package minutes, and billing starts when a call is answered. It also warns that callers may face their own carrier’s international rate when calling the US-based number. Saily describes voice support in more than 130 countries, but that does not establish every route or account.

Depending on MMS, premium-rate numbers, call forwarding or unsupported international calls.
Assuming the number is permanent after cancellation or that every banking service accepts it.

Every figure on this page was read from the provider’s own terms, help centre or product page on the date shown, and links back to that page. Each fact also states its reach, so a policy read from one product family is never presented as covering everything a provider sells. Where a provider states a policy but publishes no number in the pages we checked, this page says so and lists what we checked. Source links are citations, not paid links. A separately labelled provider CTA may be an affiliate link; commission never changes the evidence, comparison order or recommendation method.
